Executive secretary

  4. Travel Arrangements: Making travel arrangements for the executive team, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and preparing necessary travel itineraries.
  5. Meeting Support: Assisting in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant materials, as well as organizing and coordinating logistics for company events and conferences.
  6. Office Management: Ensuring the smooth operation of the office by managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities, and coordinating with relevant vendors when necessary.
